PERSONAL INFORMATION RETENTION

Personal Information will be stored for as long as the information is required to carry out our obligations under any contract with you, to fulfill our legitimate business needs or the purposes for which the Personal Information was collected, or for such period as is required by law, including for our compliance with regulatory requirements imposed on the Company by the regulator, the Financial Conduct Authority.
